Situation Assessment: An assessment in the first session of your situation and your greatest need.
Weekly Discussions: One hour discussions (one per week, or more if needed) in which we will coach you through "best practices" so that you can apply them to your specific situation.
Action Items: At the end of each coaching session we will determine mutually agreeable action items to work on for the following week.
30, 60, 90 Day Follow Ups: After the engagement has ended, there will be three follow-up sessions to ensure that the recommendations are being implemented.

Developing your resume: Jointly, we will create a resume that's most relevant in this market.
Interviewing skills: We will work with you to hone these skills, conducting mock interviews to bring out the achievements that will be most important to potential employers.
Arranging Informational interviews: Over the decades we’ve developed strong contacts across industries and will leverage those on your behalf to arrange interviews.
Networking skills development: We’ll help you expand your current network and leverage this to your greatest advantage.
