Our Two Key Areas Of Coaching

1. Raise Your Competitive Edge
You have been making steady headway in your career until now but realize you need to "raise your game" in order to stay competitive. You need to strengthen your skills right away and don't have the luxury of time. You need someone to coach you through your specific situation (performance plan, issues with boss or co-workers, positioning yourself for promotion, etc.).

  • Improve your performance – If you are performing below your capabilities, we’ll coach you to create new habits that will help you be more successful.

  • Position yourself for advancement – The competition for advancement increases as you move up in the organization. We’ll help you leverage your strengths to reach the next level.


Coaching Specifics:
  • Situation Assessment: An assessment in the first session of your situation and your greatest need.
  • Weekly Discussions: One hour discussions (one per week, or more if needed) in which we will coach you through "best practices" so that you can apply them to your specific situation.
  • Action Items: At the end of each coaching session we will determine mutually agreeable action items to work on for the following week.
  • 30, 60, 90 Day Follow Ups: After the engagement has ended, there will be three follow-up sessions to ensure that the recommendations are being implemented.

  • Developing your resume: Jointly, we will create a resume that's most relevant in this market.
  • Interviewing skills: We will work with you to hone these skills, conducting mock interviews to bring out the achievements that will be most important to potential employers.
  • Arranging Informational interviews: Over the decades we’ve developed strong contacts across industries and will leverage those on your behalf to arrange interviews.
  • Networking skills development: We’ll help you expand your current network and leverage this to your greatest advantage.
